d. Thebusoperatorcancelingthetripduetounavoidablereasons.
e. Thebaggageofthecustomergettinglost/stolen/damaged.
f. Thebusoperatorchangingacustomer'sseatatthelastminutetoaccommodatealady/child.
g. Thecustomerwaitingatthewrongboardingpoint(pleasecallthebusoperatortofindoutthe
exactboardingpointifyouarenotaregulartraveleronthatparticularbus).
h. Thebusoperatorchangingtheboardingpointand/orusingapickupvehicleattheboardingpoint
totakecustomerstothebusdeparturepoint.
4. Thedeparturetimeanddurationmentionedontheticketisonlytentativetimings.Howeverthebuswill
notleavethesourcebeforethetimethatismentionedontheticket.
5. Passengersarerequiredtofurnishthefollowingatthetimeofboardingthebus:
