DESCRIPCIN
En la sociedad del conocimiento en la que hoy vivimos, la redaccin de textos
de diversa ndole constituye una destreza fundamental para los profesionales.
En los mbitos de desempeo laboral en los que es preciso elaborar informes,
redactar discursos, traducir documentos de texto son cada vez ms frecuentes.
En este contexto, un profesional que se sabe expresar por escrito sus
argumentos en un estilo claro, conciso y elegante lo cual le permitir mayores
ventajas competitivas que marcan la diferencia.
La asignatura de Redaccin Profesional en Ingls est diseada con el propsito
de desarrollar la capacidad de expresar las ideas de manera clara y efectiva en
idioma ingls. Est constituye una herramienta clave para afrontar los desafos
laborales del mundo contemporneo y tiene una orientacin hacia el logro del
desempeo ptimo en el empleo del lenguaje, sea para redactar textos precisos
y slidamente estructurados. Con el fin de garantizar una apropiacin profunda
en los mtodos de redaccin, la asignatura cuenta con un enfoque tericoprctico en el que los conocimientos de gramtica inglesa y anlisis crtico se
refuerzan de una forma sistemtica mediante la prctica en la elaboracin de

ejercicios de redaccin de textos. Los contenidos de la asignatura se articulan


alrededor de estrategias temticas orientadas a: aprender a redactar con
precisin, eficiencia y solidez argumentativa, potenciar la capacidad de
desarrollo de estrategias de aplicacin de herramientas de redaccin profesional
acadmica a las distintas reas de desempeo profesional de los futuros
profesionales.

ESTRATEGIA METODOLGICA
Para el logro de los objetivos de la asignatura, se realizara una variedad de
estrategias

metodolgicas

consistentes

principalmente

en

ejercicios

de

comprensin de lectura elaborando mapas semnticos, anlisis de contenido a


travs de la identificacin de conceptos sobre aspectos de la lingstica inglesa
con el fin de desarrollar una ctedra centrada en el estudiante. Adems. La
naturaleza de la ctedra permitir el desarrollo de actividades de investigacin
a lo largo del ciclo de estudio. En el 75% de la asignatura se aplicar el mtodo
de transmisin de conocimiento a travs de la exposicin, interrogatorio, lectura
dirigida, clase dialogada y la enseanza programada del profesor. El 25% de la
duracin de la asignatura se deber desarrollar aplicando el mtodo de
investigacin, ya sea bibliogrfico o de campo a fin de inculcar en el estudiante
fascinacin por la lectura y la investigacin.

The English subject on High School from Eleventh grade is based on

language in order to facilitate the English learning. Also, giving the basic
vocabulary that is considered fundamental at the moment to interact with the
