anxiety called stress. Stress could affect the efficiency and effectiveness of an
organization and its day to day operation. In order to aid and avoid this dilemma,
Carajay offers a stress training and seminar to all employees to ensure high quality
standard in the restaurant operations.
Objectives:
At the end of the training program, the participants are expected to:
