A.REVISITING OF COOPS MISSION & VISION

GROUP 1
SHARED VISION REVIEW:Coops for Christ is a community of empowered
parishioners using fullness of stewardship towards socio economic
development achieving total human liberation
Mission commensurate to shared vision:
CoFC IN 5 TO 10 YRS:

to double assets( double capitalization, double membership)


through/by:

Partnership with the Diocese as a catalyst for socio- econ


renewal, open doors to all parishioners

open membership through YFC, pre-need KFC, working SFC

encouraging members to increase capitalization (focus on 200


empowered members)

Regular deposits at 50Php per month

Loans to increase CBU,

transfer deposits from outside to CoFC

Be the leading COOP in the Diocese of Iligan City through/by

Flex financial muscle; work for at least 200 of present members


to truly be empowered cooperators

In term of service: What other coops can not provide, we do;


what others only dream of, we offer

Governance and management trainings availed through


partnerships with big COOPs as resource speakers/ trainors for
our members/officers at lower costs; re-echo

to become a network of small businesses (distribution centers) through/by:

kada barangay tindahan, kada purok bigasan

employing professional managers
