Breaking Mad Terms of Service ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms of Service completely using breakingmad.ca, which is owned
and operated by Breaking Mad. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and
conditions attached to the use of the Site at breakingmad.ca.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your
own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

A. Description of Services, Conduct and Contract

We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to, anger and
stress management services that allows a customer to relieve stress by destroying items by
throwing them at a wall, and other like services.
You are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect other
participants. Breaking Mad shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or
completing activities in the event of unsuitable behaviour by a participant.
Breaking Mad reserves the right to refuse admittance to the activities or to remove a
participant from the activities should it deem necessary to do so. This includes a participant who
does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety system or who is deemed to be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Breaking Mad will provide safety equipment in terms of safety masks and gloves, which
will be checked before allocating it to you. We do not claim liability for any injury, mental or
physical caused by this activity.

B. Price
Prices payable for the service is as provided on the website. We reserve the right to
modify the prices at any time without notice to you. Payment shall be by cash, debit or credit
card; the details of which you shall provide. During the order process, your details for processing
the deposit will be kept securely. Your bank details will not be kept after the date of your activity.

C. Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire original content are the sole property of Breaking Mad and are, as
such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property
rights laws.

D. Termination
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the site, including any of the
sites features, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third
party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current
services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

E. Links to Other Websites

This site may link you to other sites on the Internet or otherwise include references to
information, documents, software, materials and/or services provided by other parties. These sites
may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These
other sites and parties are not under our control, and you acknowledge that we are not responsible
for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of
such sites, nor are we responsible for errors or omissions in any references to other parties or their
products and services.
The inclusion of such a link or reference is provided merely as a convenience and does
not imply endorsement of, or association with, the site or party by us, or any warranty of any

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

G. Changes to This Agreement

Breaking Mad reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so
by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to

visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal
acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an
occasional basis. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with this site, or any products, services, content,
or other information available on or through this site, is to stop using the site and/or those
particular products or services. Your agreement with us regarding compliance with these terms of
use becomes effective immediately upon commencement of your use of this site.

H. Disclaimer
All participants need to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability form before taking part in
activities at Breaking Mad. By participating in the Service you acknowledge that there are risks to
your safety and that you participate at your own risk. You must accept all the policies, terms &
conditions as per this website and each participant must sign their age specific hard copy of the
disclaimer suitable to them.

Corporate Structure
Breaking Mad is a private corporation led by the Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) Christopher Kim, a full-time student enrolled in the Honours
Economics program at Western University (Exhibit _). He will oversee
all management duties within the scope of the business, which
includes marketing, operations, human resources and finance. The
shareholders consist of the CEO and seven others who have invested
equity interest, also serving on the Board of Directors.
