Corporate Structure
Breaking Mad is a private corporation led by the Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) Christopher Kim, a full-time student enrolled in the Honours
Economics program at Western University (Exhibit _). He will oversee
all management duties within the scope of the business, which
includes marketing, operations, human resources and finance. The
shareholders consist of the CEO and seven others who have invested
equity interest, also serving on the Board of Directors.
