The guidelines to be scrupulously followed by the participating students are as

follows:

The interested and eligible students are instructed to register in the Google Drive
created for the above purpose by CUIC on or before the deadlines given by respective
companies.

It is mandatory (Compulsory) for the students who have registered in the Google
Drive (for taking part in the Bulk hiring), to participate in all the five recruitment
drives, provided if they satisfy the eligibility criteria stipulated in the above mentioned
table. Otherwise, their placement in bulk hiring companies will NOT be
considered.

All the participating students are instructed to wear the ID Card with proper dress
code and to carry CV, Photo and Photocopy of all semester grade sheets to permit
them to allow the bulk hiring.

The process of recruitment for each company will happen for 2 days as mentioned in
the above table. At the end of 2nd day, the selected list of students will be handed over
to Director, CUIC in a sealed cover by the respective companies.

After the completion of all the 5 drives, the students will be requested to assemble in
the respective campuses on 13.10.2015 at 3.00 p.m. and the list will be shared with
them, to obtain their choice.

Offer Acceptance Form will be mailed to all the PRs. The PRs are requested to collect
the acceptance form from their respective classmates and submit the same on
14.10.2015 before 5.00 p.m. to Dr. T. Kalaiselvan, Deputy Director, CUIC

Once, the students choice are obtained, the same will be communicated to the
companies. CUIC will NOT entertain any kind of student request for reconsideration
of choosing the other companys offer of employment, at later point of time.

Any kind of malpractice will lead to (i) Cancellation of offer letter (ii) Debarring in
appearing from further placement process (iii) Imposing of fine and (iv) Taking
disciplinary action.
