The failure was occurred due to PVC cable shorted and SSE/S/KIG has been
advised to take drive for checking cable insulation and send compliance
report.

Division' s Remarks :

The same relay was replaced and rectified at 23.55 hrs. of 12.04.2015.

Cause of Failure
Tech/CON/KGP & Tech/LXD attended, on checking
found 1T2 R/E Gl/Jt shorted by pendrol clip(newly
fixed by Engg). Same removed and right. Memo
no-MKR/15/36 through SM/LXD for information to
PWI/DNT. LDC-2.4.15 by Tech/LXD, 25.3.15 by
JE/S/DNT, 29.1.15 by SSE/SOUTH.

.E/S/DNT For prevenston of such failure.

Tech/RRI/KGP attended. Due to heavy rain,

water logged over T/Cct.34T2 & 65T1. Both
T/Cct. Right itself after receding of rain
water. Informed PWI/KGP through SMR/RRI
vide memo no.AM/04/07

by SSE/S/RRI/KGP & SSE/P-Way/KGP on

action for proper drainage.

Tech/CKU, later JE/S/GII attended and found

that after thundering & heavy
lightening(CKU) DE No.323. 3 nos. external
24V fuse for Pt.zone A/C got blown off (4
Amps ND type at East goomty). Also DC-DC
converter for 1 & 4 become defective. The
same fuse & converter replaced. A/C No.1,
2, 4, 6, 9, 10 rectified. Also for DN analog
A/C DC-DC converter become defective at
R/room. the same was repalced & rectified.
UP LVCD bet. GII-CKU. S&T reset done and
rectified. vide memo no.GR/31/15. All A/C
CEL make. LDI - GII 01.04.15 by JE/S/GII.
