Grofers is a local e-commerce platform for your daily shopping. Shop from your favourite merchants in
your neighborhood and get delivery to your doorstep within 90 minutes. Grofers aims to make the local
shopping experience of consumers easy and pleasant by connecting them to the merchants in their
neighborhood through an easy to use mobile platform. Shop Grocery, Bakery Items, Flowers, Fruits &
Vegetables, Meats and Baby Care Products with a few taps and get everything delivered instantly or
schedule it for a convenient time later. Choose your preferred mode of payment - Card, Cash-On-Delivery
(for those who love the sound of coins) or e-wallet. So, if you forgot to purchase something for home or
want to order a cake for the office, just Grofer it!

Currently we are operational in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata,
Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune.

Profile-01 Sales
SALES
At Grofers, we are constantly looking for young and enthusiastic candidates who will ensure that
the needs of customers are being satisfied.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively search for prospective clients and generate sales leads
Be a part of extensive field sales
Understand clients delivery requirements and advise on the benefits of outsourcing deliveries to
Grofers
Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing,
payment collection, and troubleshooting

REQUIRED SKILLS
0-2 years of Field Sales experience
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft
Office
Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
Demonstrates high ethical standards

Profile-02 Content
CONTENT
Be a part of the core team that makes our product kick-ass by curating and updating
inventory/product data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, curate and update store inventory on Grofers app
Quality check the data on the app to ensure that information is accurate
Required to compile comprehensive information of inventory and photos
Ensure that the product information on the app is sufficient and accurate for the consumer to make a
purchase decision
REQUIRED SKILLS
0 1 years of work experience; Relevant experience is a bonus
Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
Proficient in MS Excel
Ability to proofread and spell-check product descriptions
Intelligent and self-motivated; should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets
Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours
Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
Willing to commute and visit stores whenever required
Profile-03- Customer Service and Operations

CUSTOMER SERVICE, OPERATIONS At Grofers, we are obsessed with connecting consumers to their
local merchants in a meaningful way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take calls for customers as well as merchant orders

Order tracking for on-time delivery and resolving customer issues. We believe in providing a Seamless
customer experience!

End-to-end management of orders, from order initiation to the final delivery

Act as a coordinator between operations team and the end customer

Improve the overall end consumer experience REQUIRED SKILLS

Passionate about what were doing and expect the same from anyone who joins the team

Organized and detail oriented

Extremely proficient in English

Conceptualize BTL activities/events that propagate brand offering
Understand our Target Group & identify strategies to efficiently reach out to them
Coordinate with agencies to ensure flawless execution
Work with teams across geographies
Track, measure and report effectiveness of campaigns
Identify new channels for branding and visibility
Establish sustainable relationships with institutions and communities
REQUIRED SKILLS
0-2 years of work experience in marketing/events

Good oral and written communication skills


Strong team work skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical having a commercial acumen
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hour
