REGISTRATION

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS FOR MONSOON SEMESTER 2015


To avoid the heavy rush on the registration dates, the following guidelines are to be strictly followed which
would help us to make the registration procedure smooth and hassle free.
1. Early payment of Tuition & hostel fees

Pay the tuition fee towards DIRECTOR NITC, and Hostel fee to CHIEF WARDEN NITC account.
All students are strictly advised to do the fee payment entry in the DSS well in advance and take the print
out. When entering the amount paid in DSS, do not include the transaction charges. The reference number
to be used is the SBCollect Reference no
2. All students must ensure that they have the following documents duly signed.

LIBRARY NO DUES CERTIFICATE

Library No due certificate is given from the respective departments except for those who have dues. For
those having dues the No due certificate will be issued from the library.

HOSTEL NO DUE CERTIFICATE

If you are yet to clear your hostel dues, kindly clear your dues and obtain the no due certificate from the hostel
office before the date of your registration. (For availing rooms, no dues certificate and renewed hostel ID card
have to be obtained from the Hostel Office and produced in the respective hostels)

The pre-registration form should be signed by the Faculty Advisor on or after 23rd July, 2015. Students must
ensure courses enrolled have not been changed after getting the Pre-registration slip signed by the FA

Institute ID cards must be kept ready for renewal. No duplicate ID cards will be issued during the
days of registration.

ON THE REGISTRATION DAY

Report to the venue on time.

Contact the Help Desk for assistance in case of any trouble as early as possible.

Arrange the documents in the exact order as mentioned in the Documents Checklist (link provided below).
Please make sure that you attach the checklist, as the first page.

Token Nos will be issued from Bhaskara hall and the registration will be done at Central Computer Centre
1st floor. The Token number issued from Bhaskara hall will be the basis for entry to Computer Centre.

Details of Smart ID card will be verified by representatives of SAC in first floor of CCC. Registration can be
done only after the verification.
ATTENTION to S3, S5 B Tech Students!

Around 2000 students have to register on 28th July 2015 and hence heavy rush is expected. So, all
students are requested to cooperate by completing all documentation work well in advance. Students
must strictly follow the time schedule listed below
