This position was responsible for organizing sales activities for others and myself. This included organizing canvassing crews in
neighborhoods and over the phone to set appointments for the sales staff. This position has also developed into being the project leader of
opening an outbound call center to increase prospects. The call division comprises of cold-callers and qualifiers that set appointments,
answer preliminary questions for potential solar clients, and qualify them for a solar estimate. The role involved everything from working
with technology in setting up the call area to designing a training schedule/format, conducting training for the new employees and
everything in between. The project responsibilities also include coaching, reporting of progress, and making changes to any facet of the
operation to make it more efficient and productive.

As a co-owner of a retail store, the duties & responsibilities included all aspects of planning, initiating, development & controlling a retail
store. Day to day activities included: marketing and promoting the business, organizing and merchandising products, managing inventory
levels, providing advice and customer service which resulted in $300k in annual sales.

As a service manager a person is responsible for the operational half of a bank branch. Duties include vault audits, all managerial duties
relating to managing a staff of tellers, project management, customer service, and working with upper management on ongoing and
specific focuses. As a mortgage consultant, I was responsible for prospecting for and originating "A" paper mortgage loans.
