Easy to deal with queries. Product can be delivered instantly. (no gap between order placing and product receiving) Chances of converting visitor to customer are high.

CONS
Set up cost is very high. Chances of negotiation for price from customer point of view are very high. More manpower is needed. Location is important. More detailed analysis of supply and demand need to be done, so calculating inventory holding cost is complex process.

Brainstorming and clustering of ideas 1. A close looks on those politicians and bureaucrats for example tapping there phone calls when there suspicion that they may take bribe or may do corruption in other way, the watch on him or her should be increased. This way he may be prosecuted immediately. Information can be gathered through informers or using technologies such as cameras and transmitters. 2. A toll free number to report corruption should be established so that common man can raise his voice against corruption 3. Media Media can go a long way in removing corruption      Publishing editorials renouncing corruption and telling people the benefits of that they can get if corruption is removed Full fledged campaign on TV and radio on removing corruption, encouraging people not to be a part of it. In films the corruption should not be shown and glorified. Big banner holdings should be erected along the roads depicting dire consequences of corruption Messages about corruption at back of railway tickets, electricity bills, ration cards etc will help greatly to reduce corruption 4. Empowered vigilance department will help catch hold of the corrupt officials   Special fast track courts to deal with the corruption cases should be set up to prosecute the corrupt people Rigorous punishment such as life imprisonment, dismissal from job etc. should be give to the defaulters. Such people should not be given passports as well.   Periodic depth interview of the bureaucrats to be conducted this will let us know about their intentions. Corruption survey by a foreign agency so that we can get unbiased and credible results.

   Frequent transfers of the govt. officials so that they don’t make personal contacts. Govt. officials not posted at hometown or home state . Spreading awareness among people about the procedures and processes so that they can point out wherever something goes wrong.   Anti corruption placards in the offices should be put so that there is always a fear about doing corruption. Anti-corruption day should be celebrated comprising various activities 5. Mentoring     Teaching at the very primary level should encourage qualities like integrity, honesty, patriotism. Special training to teachers on how to convince children of becoming fair and honest , should be given National seminars on the ways and methods to remove corruption should be conducted frequently. Religious leaders should preach people not to resort to corruption in any form.
