Description: Im making a complaint about the condition of the wash house located at the apartment complex at which I reside. -Washing
Machine Takes coins deposited sometimes without working or even releases dark dirty water on cloths. -The wash house is extremely dirty
and even more unsanitary. -The floor is usually very dirty with heavy soil from the courtyard where a pool was formally located. -The
washing machines them selfs are poorly maintenance which has lead to many or all of the washing machine units flooding with old dark
mildewed water and that has lead to a infestation of maggots and ants. -Poor maintenance has also lead to large calcium build ups in the
compartment where you deposit the laundry detergent, there is also a slew of dead bugs in the same compartment.

Description: My apartment is full of raoches. My carpet is rotten and mildewed. I have heavy water damage in my bathroom. my heater is
full of dust and lint almost as thick as wool which is a extreme fire hazard. carpet is severely stained. window in kitchen does not open.
apartment is very hot through out the day and night and doesn't get any ventillation. outside is kept very dirty and lacks consistent cleaning.
outside is littered with trash, and dirty diapers. carpet and kitchen floor defective missing all screws and bolts required for a proper
installation. bathroom and kitchen both lack calking which in affect opened up small gaps in the walls where ants, and roaches both exit
from. dead bugs in closet and silverware drawer. parking area is heavily littered with trash, food, and dirty diapers. The actual exterior of the
building is very dirty with dirty caked on from lack of any cleaning anytime lately. When I complained to the manager and owner I was
intimidated, threatened, and warned that I was being done a favor by the owner Ernie by being able to live there and that If I knew what
was good for me I would no longer complain and that if I did he would see to it that I get evicted right away. I also have made complaints
about harassment from the neighbors and I was threatened again by the onsite manager Felipe because of his relation to the neighbors who
were harassing me and my daughter.

9/14/15 Verified screen is missing on hood vent above stove. Talked to owner Ernie by phone 510 5665633. He informed me once screen is replaced. He will call me for re -inspection.
