Racy, acidic wild black cherry, fresh earth after spring rain and smoke from a fizzing

campfire. Refreshing and satisfying. zippy acidity.

Village Wines Red

Sultry, sumptuous mix of crushed red fruit mixed with an earthy, almost mushroom

like flavor and tied all together with a smoky and deep finish.

Very nice ruby robe, with lovely aromas of violest and perfumed red cherries.

Elegant and delicate with a silky texture. Soft tannins for a very long finish.

Intense ruby-red cherry color. Its bouquet reminds of small red fruits like gooseberry,

Notes of berries, spice, and flowers on the nose. Juicy on the palate, with ripe tannins

and crisp acid. Flavors of berry puree, lavender and baking spices. Long, ripe finish.

Elegant and lovely fruit, rich and deep in character, with more structure at the finish.

Pure on the nose with berries, violets, deep earth and lavender. Open and inviting on the

palate, although the structure is serious. Deep red fruit, earth intriguing pepper and spicy.

Silky, great acid.

Sparkling Wine
Millesime Experience, Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, Brut Nature, Andre Jacquart, 2006

Toasted bread and aged chardonnay. Pale gold with very fine persistent bubbles.

Precise focused flavors carry through to a long finish. Exceptional balance,

extraordinary persistence of flavors of Chardonnay fruit, minerality, and earthy notes.


Burgundy White

Floral nose of white fruit, peach and nectar. Fresh and perfumed nuanced with

fresh fruit and mineral flavors.

Premier Cru White
Domaine Antonin Guyon, Pernand-Vergelesses Burgundy1er Cru, Sous Frtille, 2010

Effortless balance of sumptuous flesh with mineral poise. Aromas are abundant and

rich, with suggestions of white peaches and pears with some chalk dust and crushed

stones. Creamy texture, flavors of candied lemons and poached pears.


Monbazillac, Burgundy Chateau Bellevue, Bordeaux, 2011

Sweet and luscious, the taste is slightly acidic with candied honey

caramel. Initially sweet, then suddenly dry with a hint of cinnamon.
