Welcome
On behalf of Southwestern Community Colleges Agricultural
Department and the Livestock Merchandising Class, I would
like to welcome you to this years Breeders Classic sale. We are
grateful for your time and interest in our program and this event.
The goal of agricultural programs at SWCC is to offer endless
hands-on learning opportunities for our students. In addition to
this sale, students help complete daily tasks on our 215-acre farm,
assist with the 30 head cow-calf operation, make real-life farm
decisions, compete against other students in local and national
ag competitions, participate on the livestock judging team, and
complete paid internships.
We hope you enjoy your time with us and we look forward to
