Terms and Conditions

1. This Non- Resident Indian gifting campaign [Campaign] is conducted by Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt Ltd
[Loylty] for and on behalf of The Federal Bank Limited [Bank].
2. This campaign is applicable to NRI customers who remit Rs 1 lakh or above as a single remittance to their
SBNRE/CANRE Account through Inward remittances / NEFT / transfer from other banks, provided the funds are
retained in the account for a minimum 45 days. [Customers].
3. This Campaign shall commence from 1st January, 2014 and shall close on 31st March 2014 [Term].
4. Customers have to register at in order to claim their gifts under this Promotion.
5. Customers would have to mandatorily login to view the gifts and subsequently claim them.
6. Those Customers who are eligible to receive the gifts will be intimated via Email.
7. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, or discount, or scheme.
8. The Customer has to mandatorily mention the address of the recipient of the gift in India. As per the Customers
choice the address for delivery of the gift under this Promotion can be the Customers residence, friend or relative
in India.
9. Loylty shall endeavour to deliver the product of a similar specification displayed in the rewards catalogue. In case
the product received does not match the specifications, Customer must call Customer Care to report the same
within three (3) business days only from the day of receipt of the same. No queries will be entertained thereafter.
10. The gifts are not en-cashable. Neither will substitution or exchange of the same for cash be allowed under any
11. The gifts would be delivered/ handed over to the recipient only after proper identification, verification and also after
providing proof of payment of all applicable taxes and levies, if any.
12. All redemptions requests will be fulfilled within sixty (60) business days unless the delay is due to conditions
which are beyond the control of Loylty or the suppliers of the gifts.
13. Loylty will endeavour to deliver the gift in a non-damaged state. Any damaged gifts need to be notified to the
Customer Care within three (3) business days only from the receipt of the gift. No queries will be entertained

14. If the recipient of the gifts is unavailable to receive the gift, the same shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse
and no queries in this regard will be entertained thereafter.
15. Gifts availed once by the Customer cannot be cancelled, withdrawn or modified.
16. In case the Customer does not receive the redeemed product, he/she must notify the same by calling Customer
Care* within thirty (30) calendar days only from the date of redemption and no queries will be entertained
17. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Bank/Loylty to conduct further
campaignss or other offers.
18. The Promotion and Prizes is subject to the laws of India only. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai only.
19. All damaged products need to be shipped back by the Customer to the Utsav Rewards Customer Care at The
