Organizational Development Officer

Job Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:







Act as change management specialist to drive activities to establish organizational effectiveness and sustain culture change
Support team dynamics and organization effectiveness programs and initiatives
Support Operational Excellence programs and practices in partnership with HR and Business Leaders
Partnering in designing and delivering high potential development programs
Support and help building managerial capability around talent assessment and development
Supporting the successful deployment of the Employee Culture Survey; assisting in interpreting employee survey results and
creating tools to drive positive change
Keeping abreast of internal and external organizational effectiveness best practices
Designing employee communication in support of organization needs and strategy

Qualifications & Competencies:











Bachelor’s Degree from University required, preferably within Business Administration, Human Resources, Management,
Communications or Computer Science
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and strategic thinking skills- system thinker
Project management and delivery
Flexible, highly adaptable to change with intellectual curiosity
Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast paced work environment and push through business challenges
Comfortable pushing oneself outside their comfort zone and focused on continuous development
Drives for results and demonstrates strong sense of accountability and follow through

Proficient in the use of HR systems as well as in Microsoft Office
