2. CHAIRPERSON’S REPORT
a. UPCM Curfew
i. UPCM is apparently under curfew. A 12 midnight curfew was started from Dean Roxas’ term.
A student lost her laptop inside her org’s tambayan at 1am. It was reported to Sir Gener, who
then implemented the curfew.
ii. MSC’s Action
1. Wrote a letter to Dean with Context (see above), Position (students need a safe,
convenient, and free place to study in), and Suggested Action (lift curfew)
iii. Other Concerns
1. Kring: Paano ang clerks and residents na late talaga umuuwi?
2. Mark: Paano pag TRP na, mag-oovernight talaga yung orgs?
3. Jenn: OSA Director, Sir Tristan Ramos, asks the students regarding their concerns and he
feels strongly about the issue naman sa kapag tinaas sa university level, okay rin.
4. Pat: Has Dean responded?
5. Pat: Who has the executive power to implement this curfew?
6. Dudi: Did Sir Gener receive a letter about the curfew?
b. UPM-SHS Visit
i. Asking for MSC’s help to reserve dormitories. Done.
c. PGH Directorship
i. Ask MSC to post platforms, curriculum vitae, etc.
d. Student Lounge
i. Mark talked to someone from Class 1962. Have to show that we take care of lounge; love it,
and use it before they’ll give money to help us renovate.

3. ENVIRONMENT AND CAMPUS MANAGEMENT
a. MSC Office: Cleaners of the Week
b. Student Lounge
4. HEALTH AND SERVICE (Both heads absent; report of CARES given by Chairperson)
a. UPCM CARES
i. Gave PhP 7,000+ to Pahinungod, as well as relief goods
ii. CJ: Concern from UPCM member who asked if the money donated to UPCM CARES will just
go to natural disasters, or to other Filipinos who need help but are not affected by typhoons
(i.e. Lumads). Is there any protocol of UPCM CARES for this?
b. Other Agenda (Unreported)

i. Updating Memorandum of Understanding
ii. Will have a referendum by November
d. OFS Reviews
i. So many people are concerned about the way who gets to review what is chosen. (Current
System: Bidding) OFS think it is unfair, since there’s no equal opportunities for organizations
to give what are viewed as “prize” reviews, like the laboratory sessions that have a lot of
interaction with non-members.
ii. We asked them for an alternate system; they could propose none.
iii. Ian: That’s really more up to the interactions of OFS with each other. All ARC does is evaluate
and make sure that the reviews pushes through,
e. Accreditation
i. 7 OFS are not yet accredited.
ii. Hassle: Official Receipts
1. Are official receipts a gold standard?
2. To get accredited, some OFS removed their clerks and interns from their organization
roster.
iii. Must put in SWOT to endorse to next MSC!
f. Freshman Orientation Program SWOT
i. After 2020 SWOT of FOP goes through, we should make the FOP rules match the MSC rules.
Or at least, they should go hand in hand with each other.
6. SPORTS
a. Himedsikan
i. Himedsikan is on-going. Congratulations Sports!
