JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING CORDINATOR

Responsible for marketing and PR function of the company. Plan, establish and streamline marketing functions and
ensure optimum contribution to individual units and the group as whole to effectively achieve the business targets.
Will be required to work at multiple levels; including operation to strategic levels.
RESPONSIBLITIES (Duties, Roles, responsibilities, tasks, special requirements)

Greet and handle all incoming visitors, telephone and email inquiries.
Develop and implement an effective marketing plans and programs that define the business roadmap,
product portfolio priorities, channel management activities and competitive landscape.
3. Identify opportunities to achieve objectives building company image and credibility in the perception of
customers, tour operators, hoteliers, local and international markets, suppliers, and media.
4. Analyzing the market potential and profitability of the product; recommend and develop strategies to
achieve the greatest number of sales of those products in the market.
5. Execute and oversee all marketing (including advertising and research) activities of the company and
business units.
6. Ensure that products and services offered are as per the standards of the company and are designed to
meet customer and market demands.
7. Provide active leadership necessary to drive critical programs and projects to successful completion and
implementation.
8. Streamline and oversee corporate public relations and communications activities; including verbal and
non-verbal; website; press documents etc.
9. Represent the company in fairs, exhibitions and meetings.
10. Plan and administer the companys marketing budget
11. Contribute to the company by undertaking special assignments as and when given by the management.
12. Supervise Incoming & Outgoing Document logs of the company and ensure that the documents are
delivered to right person at earliest while keeping records.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years experience in a related field. (Preference will be given to experience in Tourism)
CIM final or A Degree in Marketing or in a related field
