Program Managed a financial and data review, interfacing with business owners of
many functional areas including Finance, Billing, Customer Service, Legal & Regulatory,

Management, program goals were to perform Revenue Recovery across all product
lines, and implement process corrections for revenue leakage for private
telecommunications company in Ohio.

Led program to implement the Rational Tool Suite at AT&T, replacing all requirements

lab environment. Led six Agile Scrum teams of 50+ people, 100+ stakeholders and
expected user base of over 100,000.
Led Agile teams working to overlay ATT business process into Rational, with xref to

also included infrastructure management and desktop support.
