Gunaratnam alias Noel Mudalige, is the
infamous Australian citizen who
violated the Immigration and
emigration laws of the country while
citing bogus reasons in defence, and in
collusion with the corrupt and
machiavellian Rajapakses broke the
laws flagrantly and with absolute impunity , while instigating the students
in the country to engage in violence which were part of Rajapakse
conspiracies .Though he pretended he was acting in the best interests of
students, in fact all those actions were geared to achieve his cheap self
seeking political aims and agendas, as well as to serve Rajapakses evil
political goals, was at last arrested by the police yesterday, and remanded
until the 18 th after being produced before court.
Gunaratnam the Australian citizen who was here during the Rajapakse era
in violation of immigration and emigration laws , was sent back to
Australia where his wife and children are , illegally without producing him in
court by the Rajapakses who are themselves a byword for lawlessness.
However , during the period of elections in January he was got down by
Rajapakses to Sri Lanka in order to secure his support at the presidential
elections. At that time he arrived in SL on the Australian citizen passport
under the name of Noel Mudalige. He was issued a tourist visa valid for a
month from January 1 st 2015.
In an inforeseen turn of events Rajapakses were dethroned on 8 th of
Jnauary 2015 , and Noel Mudaliges visa term ended on 1 st of February
2015.Thereafter Noel Mudalige did not apply for extension of his visa or for
dual citizenship.

The Immigration and Emigration controller on 2015-02-02 informed the IGP
to arrest Noel Mudalige who is staying in the country without a valid visa. It
is the practice of the controller to issue such notification pertaining to
everyone who has overstayed his visa period. Accordingly the IGP gave
orders to all the police stations across the Island to arrest Noel Mudalige.
Meanwhile , when it was exposed that it is this scoundrel , Noel Mudalige , a
Rajapakse lackey and lickspittle who was responsible for the students who
participated in the violent protests recently and also for them to get
assaulted, the masses resented this conspiracy , and only then began fixing
their gaze on this low bred rascal.
One of the law abiding citizens of the country who was on the alert lately
informed the Kegalle police on the 4 th that Premakumara Gunaratnam
alias Noel Mudalige is in a house at Anguruwella, Kegalle . When the Kegalle
police were approaching the house, Noel Mudalige tried to jump over the
wall behind the house. The police who ran after him however were able to
apprehend him.
Though he tried to escape from the police on the first occasion , he did not
try that stunt again. He told the police he is not Noel Mudalige , and that he
is Premakumara Gunaratnam. To prove his identity however he had no
document whatsoever in his possession.This culprit of the Rajapakse
brigand has not until today produced an identity card , passport or at least
a photograph certifed by Grama Sevaka.
The Immigration and Emigration controller had already informed the IGP to
arrest Noel Mudalige the Australian citizen, and that he is staying illegally in
the country without a valid visa.
The arrested suspect however swore that he is Premakumara Gunaratnam ,
and not Noel Mudalige.At any rate , after the suspect was brought to the
police , the latter produced a very interesting document that rudely
shocked the culprit . That was petition No. A 15/ 2015 filed in the
Supreme court.In that petition this culprit had stated he is Premakumara
Gunaratnam alias Noel Mudalige.Finally , after interrogation based on this
document , this pro Rajapakse criminal admitted that he is Premakumara
Gunaratnam posing off as Noel Mudalige, and he is staying here without a
valid visa.
Thereafter , the Kegalle police via a B report under the Immigration and
Emigration Act produced Australian citizen PremaKumara Gunaratnam
before the Kegalle magistrate based on charges of staying in the country

without a valid visa. The lawyer for the suspect in proof of his clients
identification could produce in court , only a birth certificate photocopy ,
and some newspaper reports.
Newspaper reports however do not confirm the identity of an individual .
Hence , the magistrate remanded Premakumara Gunaratnam alias Noel
Mudalige until the 18 th. Believe it or not , this pro Rajapakse sly fox even
at the time of this reporting , had not produced any foreign travel
document to prove his identity.

Duminda Nagamuwa betrays ignorance of basic

laws
While these are the stark unassailable facts pertaining to the double
acting, double tonged, double faced, double dealing Premakumara
Gunaratnam alias Noel Mudalige , the leader of Peratugami party cum
stooge of Rajapakses who are themselves a byword for lawlessness ,
Duminda Nagamuwa a member of the party addressing a media conference
yesterday said , the arrest of Premakumara Gunaratnam alias Noel
Mudalige was unlawful. It is only the Immigration and Emigration controller
who can arrest him and not the police. Besides there wasnt a warrant for
his arrest, he pinpointed. Poor Duminda who could not poll even a ten
thousand votes as a presidential candidate , is either ignorant of the basic
laws of the country or pretending he does not know them in order to dupe
the masses, as he was doing always.
At least let us undertake this thankless task of educating him on the
fundamental laws of the country :Under the Immigation and Emigration
laws , a warrant is not neccesary in every case to arrest an individual
without a visa . These arrests can be made , not only by the officers of the
Immigration and emigration department , but by any peace officer . In
other words , not only a police officer , even a grama seva officer has a
legal right to arrest such an individual .

Weerawansa alias Modawansa another passport

fraudster emerges to defend Gunaratnam !
Unsurprisingly , Wimal Weerawansa another double faced expert on
passport frauds like birds of a feather flock together ,convening a media
briefing speaking for and on behalf of Guanratnam said , the latter obtained
his Australian citizenship in 1988-1989 because of the violence that was
raging in he country then.
Grade 9 (dis) qualified Weerawansa alias Modawansa the notorious double

tongued ,double faced ,double passport fraud (his wife included arrested ,
remanded and released on passport forgery ) himself , referred to the 19881989 period , but conveniently forgot the 26 years that had lapsed since.
This Modawansa who was also arrested on a double passport fraud recently
could not explain why his pal of his same ilk , Premakumara Gunaratnam
did not seek a dual citizenship this long. It is natural for fraudsters to gather
together like birds of a feather flock together. Hence fraudster Weerawansa
coming to the rescue of Premakumara is understandable.
It is also not being explained by these double tongued, double dealing
rascals , why Premakumara Gunaratnam who during this 26 years,while he
was the leader of the JVP , and when the JVP was aligned with the
government and was also administering the country after accepting
ministerial portfolios ,did not act legally ,think legally and behave legally to
obtain a dual citizenship duly.
How was it possible for this fraud without obtaining a dual citizenship duly,
to live here illegally and on the sly with a passport under the pseudonym
Noel Mudalige ? How can these equally guilty Modawansa and others who
are vociferous in Gunaratnams defense explain let alone justify these
treacheries and deceitful activities ?
The Peratugami party that is noted for paucity of crowds at their events ,
holding a meeting with a small group of its membership as usual ,in front
of the Fort railway station , today demanded that the political rights of
Premakumara Gunaratnam be restored.
May we emphatically state ,nobody had harmed or hindered Gunaratnams
political rights. It is Kumara Gunaratnam alias Noel Mudalige who on the
contrary had harmed and hindered the rights of others- he should have
conducted himself in obedience to the laws of the country when engaging
in politics like all other law abiding citizens of the country .

If hundreds of thousands of Sri Lankans can obtain

dual citizenship , why didnt Venda Lenin ?
Premakumara Gunaratnam was not made an Australian citizen by
Maithripala Sirisena , Ranil Wickremesinghe or Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
He himself applied, faced an interview and secured the citzenship in
Australia . When a foreign citizenship is obtained , the citizenship of his own
country automatically ceases. Hence , if that individual wishes to have his
citizenship of his own country too , he must apply for dual citizenship. He
does not get the citizenship of his own country automatically. When
hundreds of thousands of Sri Lankans currently overseas who have
secured citizenship are aware of this simple truth , and all of them are
following the procedure duly , how come , Gunaratnam alone could not

follow it?
There is one sound advice we can proffer to anti national villian
Premakumara Gunaratnam , the stooge and Gon -bayya (buffalo boyya) of
Gotabaya : irrespective of under what name Gunaratnam masquerades
and manipulates to cheat the country and the people , it will do immense
good to him , if he instead of singing baila ( stupid folk songs), dancing the
thovila (devil dance) and dancing to others tunes ,learns to abide by the
laws of the country when engaging in politics . Otherwise some day , sooner
than later he will have to meet the Waterloo like all his
mentors,conspirators , accomplices , and leaders had to.
The citizens of Australia reckon and recognise the Queen of England as a
head of their State . This Venda Lenin like his hypocritical Peratugami
leader kisses and hugs despots , but wears the mask when enjoying
Australian citizenship, to loudly and proudly say God save the Queen.
However when in SL, he is so guilty he cannot even say God save the law.
He is indeed a unique socialist of a rare species -worse than the
hypocritical socialists who are legion in present times, and a most queer
patriotic rat , so abominable that even the cats cannot but dislike and
detest.
