1RMS cabinet installation
1): This is the RMS cabinet
2): Following is the base of the cabinet

2Fuel sensor installation
1) find the fuel sensor as the following picture.
2) Drill a hole on the top of the fuel tank. And insert the fuel sensor to the fuel tank.
The fuel sensor must can be touch the buttom of the tank.

3) find the RMS cable fuel L

4) Connect Fuel L cable to the fuel sensor as the following picture.

3Battery cabinet sensor installation and cable connection
1) Find the RMS cable 1# BAT-I and 2# BAT-I.
2)Find CT And confirm And confirm CT input =DC 0A~100A Different current sensors connect
different devices

3) Connect cable 1# BAT-I to the current CT. Twist the cable as the following table.

4) CT should be measured of total battery current. Take care of the CT direction.

5) Find the RMS cable 1# BAT-U and the 2# BAT-U. These should be measured of
total battery voltage. If only has one battery group, we use cable 1# BAT-U to
measure total battery voltage. If two battery groups in the battery cabinet, we use
cable 1# BAT-U and the 2# BAT-U to measure total battery voltage separately.
6) Find the RMS cable Temp.

7) Find the RMS Temperature transducer As the following picture.

8) Open the Temperature transducer. then connect the cable Temp to the
Temperature transducer. As the following picture.

4ATS cabinet sensor installation and cable connection
1) Fine the following cables connect to the ATS cabinet.
AC-CTR
DG UA
DG CTR
DG MANU
DC PWR
DTSD3366M-2-W1
RJ 45-10
RJ 45-11
2) Fine the cable DG UA connect to the DG phase A voltage at the genset load
output.

3) Fine the cable DC PWR connect to the DG battery voltage at the ATS.

4) Fine the cable DTSD3366M-2-W1 connect to the phase three voltage at the ATS
load output. Voltage need connected to public part.

5) Fine the cable RJ45-10 interface .
6) Connect three current CT to the commercial power output location, as the
following picture. Take care of the direction. Phase 3 current (Ia/Ib/Ic) must be
consistency with ATS phase 3 voltage(phase A/phase B/phase C).

7) Fine the cable RJ45-11 interface
8) Connect three current CT to the DG power output location, as the following
picture. Take care of the direction. Phase 3 current (Ia/Ib/Ic) must be consistency
with ATS phase 3 voltage(phase A/phase B/phase C).

8) How to connect the following cables, please according to the different type ATS,
then check the file *** control DG and Commerical Power Operation Manual.

4rectifier cabinet sensor installation and cable connection
1) Fine the following cables connect to the ATS cabinet.
REC-Com
DCM-U
DCM-I
PRI-DWN
USMU-PWR
2) Fine the cables DCM-I.
3) Find the CT, and confirm CT input =DC 0A~100A Different current sensors connect
different devices

3) Connect cable DCM-I to the current CT. Twist the cable as the following table.

4) CT should be measured of total load current. Take care of the CT direction.

5) Fine the cables DCM-U.
6) Connect DCM-U to the 48 voltage at the panel BLVD
7) Find the cable REC Com.

8) Connect REC Com to the rectifier RS232 interface.
9) Find the cable PRI-DWN.
10) Connect cable PRI-DWN to the 48 voltage at the panel LLVD1

11) Find the cable USMU-PWR.
12) Connect cable PRI-DWN to the 48 voltage at the panel BLVD

5Ground cable connection


RMS ground cable must be connected to the ground from RMS cabinet.

6SIM card installation


1) Open the ZNV cover.

2) Find the GPRS board
3) Insert the SIM card.
