Appointment of Management Representative


For the accountability of establishing, documenting, implementing, monitoring and maintaining all the Food
Safety Management requirements effectively and efficiently in compliance with ISO 22000:2005 Standard
Guidelines and identification, the companys top management has nominated Mr. Waqas Hassan as
Management Representative hereafter irrespective of his routine responsibilities and will be highly
authoritative, responsible and accountable accordingly.
Responsibilities of Management Representative shall include:

Reviewing Food Safety Policy prior to approval and endorsement.

Overall maintenance of FSMS Document Control System and Records through controlled
procedures.

Ensuring the communication of all FSMS operational control procedures, Food Safety Policy
and Objectives.

Operation of a system for Corrective & Preventive Action against Potential System

Management and Implementation of Internal Audits

Planning of Annual Training, Awareness and Orientation Plans related to FSMS (including staff
as well as all other interested parties)

Reporting to Management Review Meetings all relevant details of Food Safety Management
System.

Appointment of Food Safety Team Leader


For the accountability of monitoring and maintaining all the Food Safety Management requirements
effectively and efficiently in compliance with ISO 22000:2005 Standard Guidelines and identification, the
companys top management has nominated Mr. Yasir Bilal as Food Safety Team Leader hereafter
irrespective of his routine responsibilities and will be highly authoritative, responsible and accountable
accordingly.
Responsibilities of Food Safety Team Leader shall include:

Carry out performance monitoring and quality reviews of the work undertaken in the Food
Safety Team with the objective of ensuring consistency and compliance with the ISO 22000
standards.

Ensuring the communication of all FSMS operational control procedures, Food Safety Policy
and Objectives.

Maintain and implement operational plans, policies, procedures and strategies to improve and
maintain efficiency and effectiveness for the Food and Safety Team.

Management and Implementation of Internal Audits

Reporting to Management Review Meetings all relevant details of Food Safety Management
System.
