FOREIGNGOVERNMENTS
Republic of Azerbaijan -- TLG helped build a Congressional Azerbaijan Caucus totaling 42 members. We provided strategic
counsel to the Ambassador for his message to Members of Congress. We drafted statements for the record on U.S.-Azerbaijan
relations, drafted Dear Colleagues on issues and legislation of importance, organized Member and staff briefings, instituted
third-party letter campaigns in support of legislation initiatives, and analyzed political and U.S.-policy developments as part of an
overall government relations strategy.

Cayman Islands TLG provided information and updates about legislation of interest to the government including Corporate
Tax Reform, OECD Tax Initiatives, and Hurricane Relief. We worked to minimize the burden on companies with overseas
headquarters in relation to the corporate tax reform bill. TLG also acted on behalf of the Cayman Islands government much like
an Embassy in Washington advising them on policy issues including requests for port security, customs clearance, disaster
relief and visa support.

Kingdom of Morocco TLG successfully represented the Government of Morocco through the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade
Agreement by cultivating Congressional champions, developing support among staff and Members, building a private sector
coalition, developing and tailoring messages for broad advocacy efforts. TLG worked on support for issues related to the
Western Sahara by supporting visits of spokespersons and engaging in outreach to staff, Members and relevant think tanks and
policy institutes.
