SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended, filed by petitioner-mortgagee
Yusay Credit & Finance Corporation through its Kalibo Branch Manager Rodrigo F. Santos, against
mortgagor spouses Danilo F. Braulio and Romelyn T. Braulio of Brgy. Nalook, Kalibo, Aklan, to satisfy
the mortgage indebtedness to the said petitioner-mortgagee which as March 11, 2015 amounts to
FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PESOS and 34/100
(P559,875.34), Philippine currency, inclusive of interests, penalty charges, and fees incident to this
foreclosure, secured by a Real Estate Mortgage Contract, the Clerk of Court VI and Ex-Officio
Provincial Sheriff of the Regional Trial Court, Kalibo, Aklan, thru the undersigned Sheriff IV, will sell at
public auction on May 29, 2015 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Office of the Provincial Sheriff of
Aklan, Godofredo P. Ramos Hall of Justice, Capitol Site, Kalibo, Aklan, to the highest bidder for CASH
and in the Philippine Currency, the following real property together with all the improvements thereon,
to wit:
A PARCEL OF LANDE (Lot 5523-A, Psd-06-019027, being apportion of Lot 5523, Psc36), situated in the Barrio of Nalook, Mun. of Kalibo, Province of Aklan, Island of Panay.
Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 4712; along line 2-3 by Lot 4713, both of Kalibo
Cad.; on the NE., on the NE., along line 3-4-5 by Feeder Road; on the SE., along lines 5-6 by
Lot 5523-B, of this subd. survey; on the SW., along line 6-1 by Lot 5513, Psc-36, Kalibo Cad.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 25-18 E., 4569.41 m. from BLLM No. 1 Psc36, Kalibo Cad. thence N.52-23 E., 39-47 m. to point 2; N. 51-16 E., 16.37 m. to point 3; S. 5029 E., 1.56 m. to point 4; S. 40-14 E., 17.43 m. to point 5; S. 53-00 W., 57.07 m. to point 6; N.
37-20 W., 18.00 m. to point 1; point of beginning. Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND
THIRTY EIGHT (1,038) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Including all improvements existing
on the lot thereon.

Prospective buyers or bidders may investigate for themselves the title to the property abovedescribed and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
All SEALED BIDS must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.
In the event that the auction should not take place on the above-mentioned date, it shall be
held on the next working day thereafter at the same time and place without the need of another
posting and publication.
