Wholeness Paragraph:
The core principle of Vedic wisdom is that human beings are capable of
experiencing the transcendental reality directly, deep within themselves. So to
discover and experience the divine ground, to reconnect with the underlying
essence of life we neednt seek anything outside rather realize our own true nature,
the eternal self. This inner field may be called Atma or Tao or Being or other
names in different religions but they all refer to the same concept the underlying
field of unity from which creation springs. Though there are many techniques of
meditation, Transcendental Meditation is a unique, effortless technique by which
everyone can grow to enlightenment.

Knowledge in my Personal Life:

I had always wanted to know the true purpose of my life or the true knowledge of
my life. I didnt know if I my true purpose was to earn more and more money, or get
good marks in the examination or get a great job so that I could live my life happily.
I used to have lots and lots of questions playing in my mind. After I started
practicing TM, after I read the articles about TM and watched videos of TM, I got a
big picture or some answers that were playing in my mind. I found out that instead
of thinking about the manifest or objective things in our life like money, jobs, etc.,
we need to find a way to get inner satisfaction and wellness. There is nothing
superior in this world than inner satisfaction in our life.
No matter what religion we follow or other follow, the inner happiness is same for
everyone. The inner happiness comes from an inner field which is located deep
inside everyone. With the Transcendental Meditation technique, everyone can
experience the movement of our mind towards greater happiness, development of
our full potential and better appreciation of the environment, society and the world.
So, my goal is to achieve this inner field or the core essence located deep within us.
I have been practicing TM for more than 5 months. By doing TM I feel a lot of
changes within myself. I feel that by practicing TM technique, I am able to make
good decisions than before and I am also able to see the consequences that my
actions can bring and act accordingly. I also feel that I am comfortable being myself,
I have a good sense of what is good and what is bad, I have improved my
interpersonal relationships with my friends, I admit and correct my mistakes rather
than regretting them and I feel like I have a deep knowledge of myself. So I think
that I am progressing faster to the state of fulfillment and everyone is able to do the
same.
