MANAGEMENT ASPECT
This aspect will discuss about the proposed management including Companys
Capitalization, Organizational Structure and Job Description and Specification.

A. CAPITALIZATION
The Capital that would be used for the operation of Express Lending
Incorporation will be coming from the five proponents of this project .This will be
illustrated in the table below.

B. FORM OF ORGANIZATION
The Express Lending Incorporation is a Corporation form of business
organization that will be owned by the five (5) persons which are the proponents itself.
The co-owners will have an agreement to share the same amount of capital including

money, equipment and resources that will be used for the entire operation of the
business and agreed to share the associated risk and rewards proportionally.

The figure above shows the organizational structure in which the operation will
be headed by the Manager who is responsible for the whole operation. Followed by the
Teller, Accountant and Loan processor who performs an interrelated function and under
the supervision of the manager. Then, Field Collectors who were supervise by the Teller
in terms of forwarding of payments collected.
D. JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties of Manager
a. Over all in charge of all the phases at the business operations of the
Incorporation subject to the policies and procedures of the five owners.
b. Responsible for monitoring the whole operation day by day

c. Responsible for the final approval of loan application


Duties of Accountant
a. Prepares the daily trial balance
b. Posts daily transactions in the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
c. Prepares month end and quarterly reports such as income statement and various
schedules
d. Responsible in areas of receiving loan payments, updating accounts, loans
bookkeeping and general accounting.
e. Verifies entries in the trial balance against source of documents to the
correctness of accounting classifications and figures recorded.
f. Checks and verifies computation of interest in loans.
g. Performs other task as may be assigned from time to time
Duties of Loan Processor
a. Ensures timely submission of complete loan requirements and documents
b. Responsible for checking the validity of all requirements submitted by the loan
applicants.
c. In charge of the approval of lending application
Duties of Teller
a. Receives cash payments ; and one in charge of cash release

b. Sorts cash accordingly to quality and bundles it accordingly to facilitate


counting
c. Responsible also for clients negotiating
d. Responsible in all savings transaction
Duties of Field Collector 1 & 2
a. Responsible for door-to-door collection of payments from borrowers.

Must be a graduate of Business Course


With very good communication and interpersonal skill
Has an experience in marketing or client relation

A graduate of Business Course preferably Accounting


Has at least 1 year experience in bank operations

Loan Processor

Must be a 4 years course graduate


Has at least 1 year experience in related field
Must have a working knowledge on credit investigation, appraisal and financial
analysis.

Teller

Must be a graduate of Business course


With good communication and interpersonal skills

The Table 1 shows the Proposed Employees Salary Rates in each job positions
which clearly stated the required number of hours the employees should work .
Including their salary rate per hour, daily and monthly salary of employees.

Table 2 shows position of each personnel as well as its working time and its
working and non working days. As what is shown in the table their working days is five
days only which is from Mondays to Fridays which is composed of 9 hours including
their one hour breaktime and Saturdays and Sundays will be days of no work .

A. EMPLOYEES BENEFITS
Management is concerned with attracting and keeping employees, whose
performance meets at least minimum levels of acceptability and keeping absenteeism
and turnover to tolerable levels.
Employees who will stay in the company for at least 1 year will granted benefits
provided by our Management, these are the following :
1. Leave this includes sick leave, maternity/paternity and vacation leave.
a. Vacation Leave Office staffs is entitled to a 5 days annual leave without
pay

Sick leave Staffs are entitled to a sick leave with pay . Only if, Medical

certificate is presented.
c. Maternity Leave Female staffs who are pregnant are entitled to a 60
days leave for normal delivery and 72 days for caesarean .
d. Paternity Leave- Male staffs are also entitled for a 7 days Paternity leave

Retirement Benefit- Employees who reach the retirement age of 65 will grant a
retirement fee from our Management, only if he has worked at least 5 years
from our company .
