I am an investigative or law enforcem ent officer of the United States within the
meaning ofSection 2510(7)ofTitle 18United StatesCode. Thatis,1am an officeroftheUnited
States, who is empowered by law to conduct investigations of and m ake arrests for, offenses
enum erated in Title 18,United StatesCode,Sections2422, 2423,2251and 2252,etseq.

Iam currentlyassignedtothelntenwtCrimesAgainstChildrenTaskForceC$lCAC'')andhavebeen
so assigned since 2012. lhave conducted investigationsinvolving both child pom ography and child
exploitation. lalsohave assisted in severalchild pornography and child exploitation investigations.
1 am conducting an investigation involving the sexualexploitation ofchildren and
related activitiesofthe individualnam ed herein. lhave personally participated in the investigation
ofthe offensesreferred to herein,and becauseofmy personalparticipation in this investigation and
reportsm ade to m e by m embers ofthe participating law enforcem entagencies;lam fam iliarwith
the facts and circum stances of this investigation.1 have participated in investigations involving
pedophiles, preferential ehild m olesters, and persons who eollect and/or distribute child
pornography, along with the importation and distribution of m aterials relating to the sexual
exploitation of children. 1 have received training in the area of child pornography and child
exploitation through theICAC Task Force.

foreign comm erce,to persuade,induce,entice,orcoerce any individualwho hasnotattained theage

analysis ofcom putersand electronic m edia, and on my experience andtraining asa federally deputized

involvingthe vidim (15 yearold malereferred to as%1BF''). B.F.and hisparentsprovided your
affiantwith B.F'scellularphoneand consentto search thecellularphone. Youraffiantconducted a
search ofB.F'scellularphone.
During the search of B.F's cellularphone,youraffantobserved a textconversation
on Snapchat,a socialmessaging website,between B.F.and a subjectnamed dilolm''who waslater
identified asBON DI. The conversation starts on Novem ber2,2014 wherein BONDIsends B.F.a
picture ofhim selftsshing.B.F.retum sapictureoftwo m alesengaged in sexualintercourse.

Snapchat. Snapchat provided me w ith basic subscriber inform ation to include a phone number.
During a check ofthe phone numberyouraffantlearned thattht phone num berwasregistered to
BONDI. Youraffiantalso learned thatBONDIhad a 2011Ford F-150truck,black in color,FL Tag
629IM D,registered to him . Youraftiantretrieved BONDI'Sdriver'slicensephoto.
Around 8:05 p.m .a black Ford F-150 truck,black in color,FL Tag 6291M 17 drove
into theDunkin Doughnutsat9170 SR 84 and backed into aparking space. Youraftsantreceived a
m essage from BONDIstating 'tl'm here''around the same tim e. M em bersfrom the Davie Police
D epartm ent Special Response Team conducted a stop of the vehicle and BO N D I w as taken into
custody.

During an inventory starch oftht vehicle, an Applecellularphonewasrecovered on
the centerconsole ofthe vehicle. On the screen were som e ofthe messages your affiantsentto
BONI.
BON D I w as transported to the D avie Police D epartm ent. Your affiant advised
BONDIofhis M iranda rights and ht agreed to speak to m e withoutan attorney present. BONDI
admitted to com municating with B.F.using Snapehatand Kik. BONDI stated that B.F.told him
severaltim eshewas 15 yearsold. BONDIadvised thathe wasplanning on having sex with B .F.at
a hotel.BONDIadmitted thathe screwed up.
