Maple Mousse Ingredients: 2/3-cup milk 4 egg yolks, beaten 1-cup maple syrup 2 cups heavy cream whipped

2 tsp cooking oil Directions: Mix egg yolks and milk and put in a double boiler. Put over boiling water and slowly add the maple syrup. Stir until thick. Cool, stirring every so often to prevent the formulation of a crust. Fold the whipped cream into mix. Pour into serving dishes stemmed glasses look classy (or a 2 quart oiled mold). Freeze for 4 hours at least.
