Happy New Year to all our
children, families and staff! We
hope you had an enjoyable
Christmas break and are ready
for 2016.
PHONE NUMBERS
The chilly temperatures this
week mean that snow could soon
be on the way. With this in mind,
please can all families ensure
that the office has your up-todate telephone number.
If school has to close due to poor
weather, we will inform you via
text so it is important that we
have your number. Thank you.
If we do close school for this
reason, we will also update our
school blog.
SPELLING BEE
This term our Spelling Bee has
got into full swing, with
competitions starting on both
sites. It is really important that
all children keep practising, as
super spelling skills help them to
become better writers and better
readers.
To help you along the way, our
blog now has a special spelling
page with lots of activities to
help you. We’ve also included
the current spelling lists, which
will be updated each half-term.
