Full System Backup, Custom Backup & Disaster Recovery Diskettes Complete System & Custom Restore

HP Simple Backup helps to backup files as well as system configurations. It also has a Disaster Recovery option that allows recovery to be made should a PC system crash. (The feature for creating Disaster Recovery diskettes is not available with USB external drives and will not appear). HP Simple Backup can perform a Full System Backup as well as Custom Backup. A Full System Backup includes all files and settings on all local hard drives. It will also prompt the user when it is time to make Disaster Recovery discs. A Custom Backup includes only the Folders and Files selected by the user. HP Simple Backup also includes the restore program on disc 1 of each backup set. HP Simple Backup will automatically launch when disc 1 is inserted into most PCs. This enables you to restore data to almost any PC without installing HP Simple Backup. This feature is an excellent way to securely transport and share information between PCs.
