Tank top lid shall be provided with observation hole of boro silicate glass.
Mechanical design concentration shall be 10% for all wetted parts.
No. of strokes /minutes shall not exceed 100 for selected pumps.
H.P. dosing pump shall be capable of stroke adjustment (0-100%) with indication on scale graduated to read quantity directly.
Exhaust piping of pressure relief valve in dosing pump discharge shall be individually connected to the mixing cum metering tank.
The relief valve set pressure shall be minimum 25% more than the maximum discharge pressure of the pump.
Electric motor ratings not including motor service factor shall be atleast equal to 110% of the rated power.
Level gauge vent shall be provided with vent plug and drain connection isolation shall be needle type valve.

SCOPE & ACCESSORIES

The equipment should be single skid mounted, with tank, feed pumps with electric drivers, complete interconnecting piping, isolation
and drain valves, strainers, relief valve, base frame, foundation bolts etc. as per attached P& I.

Vendor shall supply all mating flanges & hardware, for all connections.

Weather protection hoods for motors & at other places as per Vendor's recommendation to be included for installation as specified

One no. pressure guage per pump in discharge line with sealed diapragm type 6 inch size, SS 316 bourdon, 1/2 inch NPT connection
along with 2 isolation valves.

One no. level switch of external cage floate type for level very low alarm or interlocking purpose to be provided. The level switch should
have one SPCO contact of rating 230 VAC 5 Amp. The cable entry for the level switch should be 1/2 inch NPT(F).
Level swicth housing should be weather proof IP 65. Level switch should be flabge-mounting type and able to withstand over pressure
of 130 % of working pressure as a minimum.

TESTING & INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Vendor to submit the detailed QA plan for review/approval by TBW /Client /Consultant.

Hydraulic test of the complete suction and discharge piping shall be conducted at vendors shop. Running trial of the complete system
shall be witnessed by TBW /Client /Consultant.Hydraulic testpressure shall be 1.5 times operation pressure for 30 min.

Agitator running test shall be performed with tank filled with full water.

Test certificates for chemical and mechanical properties shall be furnished.
