CrackerandPolymerLtd(BCPL)plantinLepatkata,inAssam,haditbeencompletedon
time.
Thegascrackerplantispartofthe'AssamAccord'inkedin1985byAllAssamStudents
UnionandlateprimeministerRajivGandhi.
