Dear All,
We have successfully completed Step 1 & 2 of the transi on(to Oce 365).This email corresponds to Step 3 (Last step)
of the process.Pl be informed that our new email system will be live from day a er tomorrow onwards (1st Sep
Tuesday). When you come to your desks on 1st Sep morning , you need to login to h ps://mail.oce365.com (with
your email ids & passwords) and NOT your exis ng outlooks. Your exis ng outlooks will work only for today and
tomorrow. Pl note that you might face some delay with your inbound/incoming mails in your exis ng outlook
tomorrow(Only for one day).But you need not worry as youll nd all those delayed emails in your new inbox within
24 hours. As for the outgoing mails, it should work just ne.
Your outlooks and mobile phones will be congured eventually over the coming days and weeks. Since we have about
350 email accounts, well have to congure your proles in batches. Meanwhile, your emails may be accessed on
outlook web access at h ps://mail.oce365.com.Please contact us for any clarica ons.

Dear Colleagues,
Hope you all have successfully completed step 1 and reset the Office 365 passwords.
This email contains the steps to initiate the migration of your mailboxes (i.e. Step 2).
Each one of you will be receiving an email in your inbox from contact@cloudiway.com by tomorrow
morning 10 AM. Please do not ignore that email. Once you receive the email, kindly ensure that you
follow the instructions in the attached user guide. It will get the migration of your mailboxes
started.
NB : This step is the most crucial step in the migration process and is a MUST for your data to be
migrated to the new system. Please note that the URL/link which you are going to receive in your
email will be valid for only 24 hours from the time of receipt and automatically expires after that. So
please ensure that the said exercise is completed before the link expires. You will be ignoring this step
at your own risk ! Please contact us for any assistance. We are just a call away.

Dear All,
Further to my email yesterday regarding migration to the new email system(Microsoft Office 365),
this email corresponds to step 1 mentioned in my previous email (Highlighted in yellow in the
trailing mail).We have created all your mailboxes in the new environment and set Teejan@123 as
your default password. Kindly login to https://mail.office365.com and reset your passwords by
following the step-by-step instructions in the attached pdf guide.
Well be sending you instructions for Step 2 tomorrow. Kindly ensure that step 1 is completed today
itself (before you receive the next email) lest your emails may not be migrated to the new system.
Step 1 will not take you more than 2 minutes to complete.In case of any clarifications or assistance,
you may please contact the IT department and we will be glad to assist you.
N.B. - If anyone wants to clarify anything via email, please write to me privately without copying
others in the thread.

Dear Colleagues,
We are glad to inform you that our email pla orm is being moved to Microso Oce 365 cloud for bigger mailbox
capacity and be er reliability. Our current mailbox size per user is only 1 GB where as in the new system, each one of
you will be ge ng 50 GB mailbox size (50 Times Bigger!) .The issue of your mailboxes ge ng full would be out of the
ques on at least for the next few years, if not forever.
During the transi on period, we would need your support and coopera on for a smooth and glitch-free migra on.
Below are the stages where we would be needing your support. You will be receiving three no ca on emails in the
following order :
1- Youll receive an email from my id within the next few days asking you to login to h ps://mail.oce365.com
by using your current email id and a default password (Password will be provided in the email). You need to

immediately change the default password to your exis ng email password. Pl note that youll not nd any
emails in the new mailbox yet. It is just to keep your mailbox ready for the sync/migra on.
2- While you con nue to use your exis ng outlook, youll receive a second email from Migra on Wiz asking you
to login to a specic URL and enter your exis ng mailbox password in order to be used for data migra on.
Please note that each user password will be encrypted and saved in order to be used for migra on purpose.
No one will be able to view your passwords, hence no security concerns.
Note : If you dont enter your exis ng mailbox password as detailed in step 2, your mailbox will not be
migrated. So it is incumbent upon every email user to ensure that they open the URL/link, enter their exis ng
passwords and save. Ignoring this step will cause your emails to be lost. We will be forwarding you the steps
on how to carry out this task.
3- You will receive a third email from my id right before the cut over date asking to stop using your exis ng
outlook client & your handheld devices to access emails. Instead, You can login to h ps://mail.oce365.com
to start using your new mailboxes (With your current email id and passwords).When you login to the above
link, youll nd all your emails in the new mailbox !
We will subsequently get your new outlook proles and phones congured in batches. Un l then, you can
con nue accessing your emails from the web.
Hope the above steps are clear to each one of you. Should you have any clarica ons at any of the above steps, you
may please feel free to contact the IT department and well be glad to assist you.
