 Account Bank Balance as of March 31st,10:
 $19,024.90
 Account at Huntington Bank in Warren
 HOA maintains a checking and savings account.
 Does not include collection of 2010 Dues
 Finances have been well managed. Many HOA are in
critical financial condition that require increasing dues.

3. Subdivision Issues
 Delinquent Dues from 1 Homeowner. Foreclosure proceedings have been
filed by the HOA in order to collect past dues and legal fees.

 Foreclosures…
Foreclosures…currently 1 known foreclosure. Board in contact with
Mortgage holder to press continual maintenance. May also require
require legal.
 23251 Hidden Creek Dr – foreclosed 03/2010 (possible sale pending)

 Upkeep on all homes

 Temp. Pools: will be allowed like last year as long as a Township


Township
approved permit is submitted to the HOA Board for approval prior to pool
erection. Pools in violation of this will be assessed a $5/day fine until
corrected.

4. Review of Upcoming Events


 Subdivision Garage Sale scheduled for May 21-23rd, 2010.
This will be advertised in the local paper and our notice
board will be placed at the front entrance.
 Macomb County Road Commission (MCRC) planning on
doing subdivision road maintenance this spring (crack
sealing completed 4/1/10, possible slab replacements, etc)
 Plan for Halloween Hayride and Sub Get-Together for
October
 Continuation of Subdivision Newsletter once per quarter to
keep all informed.
