This seminar helps you to understand anger and turn
it to your advantage. We look at the fundamentals of
anger and ways to deal with other people’s anger.

Four Week Course
Anger can be our greatest ally - the power we
derive from acknowledging and verbalising anger
appropriately enables us to improve our lives.
Participants will learn how to understand anger
and reduce its harmful effects by developing new
skills through practice and group interaction.
Some topics covered include:

Family of Origin
Everybody brings ‘hidden baggage’ into adult
relationships from their Family of Origin - the
environment in which they were raised. Participants
will gain a greater understanding of how our family of
origin impacts and influences our behaviours and
attitudes.
