Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for carrying out day to day financial/ managerial reporting
activities accurately and on a timely basis.
2.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

Qualifications and Education:


The job holder will have a Bachelors degree in Bachelors degree in Business Administration/
Management with a specialization in Finance and/or Accounting.
Experience:
At least 3-6 years of relevant experience within the Finance field, with demonstrated experience in
analysing and reporting financial data.
Training:
Certification required in any area for ongoing professional development or for mandatory purposes.
Knowledge:
The job holder will have knowledge of financial templates establishment/ revision, generation, and
analysis, IFRS, and statutory laws and regulations/implications.

reporting capability (receipt of request/ evaluation of the report/
enhancement on the reports/ modifying the reports)

Job Description

Extract relevant information from various systems and obtain inputs from
relevant stakeholders (e.g. projects-related reports, AP Ageing, etc.);
ensure proper cross-checking of information prior to processing and
release

Prepare periodic performance and financial management reports in an


accurate and timely manner, co-ordinating closely with the respective
Finance personnel to ensure that all reports contain the most up-to-date
information

Prepare periodic budget variance reports for review by the Level 4 MIS
Reporting and Level 4 Budgeting prior to circulation to the various DA
Budget Holders. Co-ordinate closely with Budget holders and Budgeting
Analyst(s) to rectify any issue(s) identified

Prepare and complete ad-hoc reporting requirements
