Cosmetic Surgery Should be Banned

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.....
Good morning Madam chairman, ladies and gentlemen. First of all I want to say thank
you to Allah SWT, because of Allah bless we can meet in this room today. And also, I’m not
forget to say thank you to Madam chairman, ladies and gentlemen for attending this debate
event today. The topic for our debate today is “Cosmetic surgery should be banned”. We the
negative team do not agree with this statement because the cosmetic surgery gives more
benefist for people who do that. And also, this is a serious problem and in fact this really
happening now; our plan is to solve about that problem. My name is Eneng Elisnawati, as the
first speaker of the negative team, I will be explaining first reason why that the cosmetic
surgery should not be banned because people have the right and freedom to choose how they
look. My second speaker is Dian Rahmawati. She will explain about second reason: banning
cosmetic surgery wouldn’t prevent it occurring, better for it to be legal and performed
properly and also about the fact , that in reality people always judge on our appearance all the
time, so we must to look good. The last speaker name is Devani Rivanti Nugita, she will

So, before I begin with my team’s argument, let me first correct some errors made by the first
speaker of the affirmative team. The affirmative team would have you believe that the
cosmetic surgery should be banned. However, this is not correct because the cosmetic surgery
still have alot benefit for people who did the cosmetic surgery.
Alraight, now I will explain the first reason why that the cosmetic surgery should not
be banned. It’s all about people the right and freedom to choose how they look.
