The East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) is a statutory

body established under The East Coast Economic Region Development Council
Act 2008 to implement all programmes and initiatives identied under the East
Coast Economic Region Master Plan.

1. Tenders are invited from Contractors that
permitted to tender at this time to carry out the works below:(a) Registered with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB)
Grade G7, Categories CE01 (Road and Pavement), CE02 (Bridges) and CE21
(General Civil Engineering Works).
(b) Experienced in construction and completion of Road Works and Reinforced
Concrete Bridge with a minimum value of RM15 million in a single contract
completed within the last Ten (10) years.
(c) Experienced in ground treatment works using piled embankment method,
stone column method or surcharge method with a minimum value of RM1
million in a single contract completed within the last Ten (10) years.

3. Only tenderers who have attended the tender brieng and site visit are qualied
to purchase the Tender Documents.

4. Tender Documents will be sold from 18 January 2016 to 22 January 2016 (from
8.30 am - 4.30 pm) at the East Coast Economic Region Development Council
(ECERDC) ofces:
a) Kuala Lumpur Ofce, Level 22, Menara 3 PETRONAS, Kuala Lumpur City
Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur.

b) Pahang State Ofce, B8002 Sri Kuantan Square, Jalan Teluk Sisek, 25050
Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur.

5. Tenderers are required to present their Original or Certied True Copy of Registration
issued by CIDB (under the relevant grade and category) together with a
during the tender

Tender Document.

6. Payment for the Tender Document shall be in the form of Postal Order/Bank Draft
made in favour of MAJLIS PEMBANGUNAN WILAYAH EKONOMI PANTAI TIMUR.
All payments for the tender documents are not refundable. Table Tender Document
can be inspected at the East Coast Economic Region Development Council ofces
as above.

7. Tenderer must pack the completely

Tender Document in a sealed package. Write
the Tender No. and Project Title on the top left corner of the package with address to
Majlis Pembangunan Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur (ECERDC), Aras 22, Menara 3
PETRONAS, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur. Tenderer must ensure
that ECERDC receives the package before 3.00 pm on Monday, 15 February 2016.

8. The ECER Development Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
