RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Initiated and devised an induction schedule training program for all new
employees of Wisely Project Management & Consultants.
- Conducts in-house Microsoft excel training program specifically
designed to cater scheduling needs. Through this, the company was
able to save a significant amount for training its new employees.
Initiated and conducted Primavera Basic Training for clients operation
personnel in which the client was able to save cost (clients usual practice is
to hire 3rd party consultant).
Eliminated 3rd party primavera consultant during TA execution phase. Again,
enabling the client to save cost.
Formulated a primavera detailed planning importing template, using MS
Excel, which cut down by 50%, the time spent in importing detailed planning
into the system.
Developed a semi-automated master scope list template, using MS Excel, by
standardizing and restricting items that should be entered into the list. This
semi-automated template made the list more secured, organized and created
in-tangible results.
Was able to cut-down the crane count for S2 TA, from 30 to 22 cranes,
through effective resource assessment & levelling, enabling the client to save
cost of a very significant amount.
