Winter is coming to an end and the warmer weather is on its way!
Spend time outside and soak up the sunshine! It will relieve stress,
improve your mood, and boost your immune system. Getting outside promotes activity and movement and we all know that being
active helps keep your muscles and heart healthy.
1. Start your day outside-Start your morning with a walk or jog.
2. Plan outdoor activities– Go hike a Trail or ride your mountain
bike, horse back riding, enter a 5K race or go Kayaking.
3. Eat outside– eat on your patio or go out for a picnic.
4. Make your workout an outdoor activity– Do your Yoga
outside, swimming or take a walk on the streets
instead of an indoor treadmill.
5. Join a sports team– baseball, track, tennis or golf.
6. Go outside and read your favorite book. - Lay a
blanket down on the grass read.
