DESCRIPTION
Planning batches for the upcoming month with branch manager to provide enough options (with
repesct to dates and time) to choose from, based on the preferences of the potential customers.

This role involves answering queries coming from various sources like email, phone, website, just dia
and walk-in. Giving the potential customer the complete information about the courses and addressin
their doubts/ questions. After the enquiry, timely follow-up shoul be be done to ensure maximum
possible registrations are done each month to achieve targets.

Assisting the teachers by ensuring they have the right resources available at the right time. This
includes preparing the attendance sheets when a new batch starts and preparing the evaluation shee
when a batch ends, providing stationary and laptops for teaching purpose and classroom availibility.

Informing all the counselors of all the branches about e-learning batches so that they can follow-up
with e-learning enquiries in their respective centers. Appointing teachers for the new batches. Once
the batch is formed,creating the batch on WebEx and inviting the teacher and students for this online
batch.

Passing corporate enquiries to the branch manager (priority) and in case of absence of branch
manager, handling those enquiries. Once finalized, preparing the schedule, finding the right teacher
preparing the invoice and assisting the teacher and branch manager to ensure successful completion
of the batch.

Taking care of placements. Informing the branch manager and the relevant students (depending on th
minimum Spanish level requirement of the employer) about the job opportunities. Taking their resume
and forwarding them to the employer. In some cases, the company might come to the institute for
hiring process, in that case, ensuring all the necessary arrangements are done like arranging of
projector, laptops and any pre-requisites shared by the company.

Organizing activities/ performances for occasions being celebrated in the institute. Formally Informing
all the teachers and management members about the event and encouraging the students and
teachers to perform in the event. Also, in case of birthdays, ordering cake and maybe a small gift for
the birthday persona s a gesture but this is not a necessary task.

Helping students who do not wish to take a regular batch. Finding the right teacher for the student
based on their preference (time, hours in a week, days in a week) with respect to the schedule fo the
teacher.

Submitting the reports to the branch manager at the end of each month in the right format.

This includes occassional work like handing over the certificates to students. Forwarding enquires to
respective branches in case people from other cities write to Delhi branch. Building personal
relationships with the students. Developing a friendly and positive overall environmment in the
Institute
