Women of Faith “Belong” Tour
August 26-27, 2016
Pinnacle Bank Arena, Lincoln, NE
The Stephen Ministry team has tickets
available to the popular “Women of Faith /
Belong” conference being held this year
at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln.
Women of Faith has been encouraging
women since 1996 with compelling
stories, laugh out-loud humor, hearttugging music, rejuvenating worship, and
more!
Now renamed “Belong”, this is a live

to connect, reboot, and hear from
remarkable communicators who have
experienced God’s love in a profound way.
They will help you hone in on how to live
a full, faith-filled, purposeful life.
We have a limited number of tickets
available that will be at a discounted price
of $105.00 for the Friday night and all day
Saturday sessions. Deadline for the
discount is March 27th. Join us and you’ll
discover, dream…and have fun in the
process. For more information please call:

BENEFACTION BOARD MINUTES
Benefaction Board members President Carol
Waggoner, Treasurer Troy Strom, Lon
Timperley, Jim Mertz, Laurel Moore, Cindy
Nelson, Ron Lofgren, and Pastor David met on
Tuesday, February 9, 2016.

An application for funding was received from:
SMILE by Patty Prauner. This is the 25th year of
SMILE. The committee voted to give $6,000 for
her to continue her work with the horses and the
riders. Brett Simonsen attended and submitted
a request for funding for the Christian Cross
Festival 2016. Recent improvements are that
they have a larger ministry tent and a larger tent
for the Coffee House. Additional information
was requested and at a special meeting the
board approved $5,000 to Brett with an
additional $1,000 after the support of an
additional $5,000 from other churches in the
advertising area along with an additional $500
over the $10,000 amount.
Dan Goeken from Insight Financials reviewed
the current Fund Statements. The next
regularly schedule meeting is May 10, 2016, at
7 PM.
