Investigations

Below you will find a list of equipment for recording and documenting electronic signatures.
ExoticWarfare will be adding to this list as devices are tested. You will need an infrared-sensitive
camera or a full spectrum camera.

Some explanations are in order. A person who is being attacked with electromagnetic weapons (EM
weapons) is often referred to as a "targeted individual" (TI). Some people prefer the word, victim,
because people are victimized by the weapons, and targeted just does not seem to convey the reality of
the situation -- which is that people are being tortured. Semantically, one would say rape victim not
rape target. Many of the people who are attacked this way are killed or are slowly dying so the word
survivor is not normally used. TI, EM victim, and EM torture victim are all used interchangeably on
this site.

pulse hitting house & tree, fall 2006ExoticWarfare believes that TIs are being attacked with some kind
of pulsed energy weapon. This is because when one examines a video of an attack and looks at the clip
frame-by-frame (or slows the video down to slow-motion-speed) it becomes apparent that some of
these weapons will only show a signature in one or two frames and then the signature is gone for quite
awhile. The signature will then show up again for just a frame or two further along in the clip. This
pattern is repeated through out the video. This would indicate that some of these weapons are pulse
weapons.

Possibly, some of the weapons are infrared, pulse lasers that entrain plasma within their magnetic
fields. Plasma beams can be used as carrier beams for other kinds of EM -- like microwaves or
radiowaves.

But, there are many kinds of energy weapons, and each one could have somewhat different effects on
different people.

Given the United State's propensity for testing all manner of non-ionizing weapons, germs, chemicals,
drugs, and radiation upon their own citizens -- all kinds of energy weapons are probably used. This
weapon is tunable since it moves up and down the frequency ranges.
Psychotronic plasma weapons are similar in principle to space beam weapons only the plasma and the
energies involved use cold or ambient temperatures. But, even though some of these weapons involve
low temperature plasmas -- people have been reporting internal and external burns and similiar
symptoms to radiowave poisoning, microwave damage, and x-ray overexposure.

Space weapons use pulsed infrared or ultraviolet energies, and psychotronic weapons also use the same
energies. So, not having infrared or ultraviolet filters on one's camera or having an infrared-sensitive
camera is optimum for catching shots of the energy signatures. Laser and microwave energies create
plasma. Plasma can "hold" or transmit light, frequencies, pictures, sensations, and sounds. Plasma and
infrared light can be photographed. Frequencies can be measured with a meter that reads pulses, and
sounds can often be recorded.

under UV light and quartz will fluoresce blue. Chemtrail activists find yellowish "stains" on their
bodies when they shine a UV light on themselves. Targets often find both these colors in the plasma
and the beams they are photographing. There are frequently pink or red beams or pink or red
aberrations in psychotronic photos -- this is probably the infrared energies. Occasionally there will be a
green beam, what metal or energy that denotes is unknown at this time, but it maybe something to do
with ultraviolet energies or aluminum. Time and discovery will tell.

When a digital camera is set on the nightshot function, the infrared filter is moved out of the way of the
lens. This allows one to photograph infrared light. Daytime shots can be achieved with the camera set
on nightshot function with an attached, infrared, passband filter. Do not use a camera on nightshot
function without the filter, or you can ruin the camera lens.

Therefore, nightshot cameras are great for this photography. Some cameras do not have quality infrared
or ultraviolet filters -- such as the cheaper digital cameras that have low megapixels. These cheaper
cameras are useful for this kind of photography. The trick is to use a camera with crummy filters but
not too low a megapixel, that way one acquires a good resolution in the photograph.

Full-spectrum cameras do not have these filters and some cameras can be converted to full-spectrum.
Full-spectrum SLR cameras would probably work the best, but they are expensive.

Thermal cameras are definitely something to check out, but they are "pricey." A thermal camera
would pick up temperature differences on and around a TI. But, since these weapons are using a cold
or ambient temperature plasma, it is not clear whether spending the money on a thermal camera would
be worth it. So, far ExoticWarfare has not investigated thermal cameras.

Infrared LED lights or other high-powered infrared lighting can also show up the plasma energy
signatures. So can bright sunlight or long-wave UV lights (blacklights). Pulse microwave weapons
signatures would require a camera that photographs microwave, and this kind of camera has only just
been invented and is cost prohibitive. But, any weapon that traps plasma by the magnetic fields of a
beam can probably be photographed. And, any weapon that involves laser or microwave energies will
probably produce plasma and therefore energy signatures.

As electromagnetic energies move through the plasma clouds (ionizing clouds) surrounding a person,
the energies will leave lines or trails in the plasma. Somewhat like a snake's trail through sand. So,
creating or using situations that will show up those trails is helpful. Like throwing some flour around,
as Ken is doing below, or spraying some water in a fine mist, or shooting pictures in the rain or fog.

One should use a tripod or set one's camera on a flat and steady surface for these shots to eliminate
shake or light streaks from reflections. Avoid shooting into reflective surfaces.
Photographing an energy weapon attacking a person's eyes is very tricky. One has to make sure that
nothing is reflecting off of the surface of the eyes. The best shots of eyes are taken where the subject is
looking into the dark away from lights or reflective surfaces.

Setting the camera on speed burst is helpful because the weapons pulse off and on at a very fast speed.

Targets report that they often have to take many, very fast shots before they catch a shot with one of the
pulse signatures contained in it. Try to buy a camera that has a speedburst setting or find one that
shoots at least 3-4 frames per second.

Some film and digital cameras will not work for this photography. It seems to depend on the ability of
the camera housing and lens to shield out the harmful energies. The weapons can over-expose the film
quite easily and incriminating film has a way of disappearing from labs. Brendan James has had good
luck with his Pentax, though.

Because some of these weapons trap the plasma in swirling magnetic fields (spiral waves) and carry
frequencies -- these fields and frequencies can be measured with various meters. ExoticWarfare has
determined that these frequencies most often fall within the ranges of 203 - 220 MHz (a supposedly
vacant radioastronomy sector), 320 - 380 MHz (350 MHz is the range of thought), or around 450 MHz
(a military range). 700s and 900s in the MHz range have also been recorded. In some photographs,
one can actually see right through the person, animal, or plant being photographed. This may imply that
x-ray energies are being used at times. The Nazis x-ray-ed many of the Jews for sterilization purposes.
Ominous.

This list is not definitive, and equipment is being added as it is tested. Keep in mind that if you
purchase any of the items below you still might not have your hands on the right equipment for
documenting the particular weapon that is attacking you. There are many kinds of weapons and many
ways to hurt someone with weaponized energy.

Sound Recorders --

Make sure that the microphone on a long cord so that the recorder is far enough away to keep the sound
of the tape whirling around out of the recording. Older analog recorders have better shielding and seem
to work better. You will probably only be able to catch parts of the transmissions. The plasma sound is
easy to record and sometimes the subliminal voices can be heard in the background. The harmonic
tones and binural tones may not be recordable with many of the newer, digital recorders. You will just
have to try various recorders. Check the thrift stores for cheap deals.

Compasses --

Some targets have noticed that compasses (digital and non-digital) react wildly to the magnetic fields
of the weapons -- this is useful because this movement can be videotaped.

Aluminum Foil --
Hold some up and if the energy burns holes in it or makes trails, and if you can video tape this, then
you have evidence.

Flour --

Throw some around and if you get energy trails in it then you can photograph that phenomenon.

Rain, Steam, or Mist --

The ionized gas (plasma) will exclude the moisture and thereby will expose its own round, gaseous
shape -- an "orb," or the shape of a beam or Birkeland current.

Breath technique --

Take a big breath and exhale then click the camera. The moisture will outline the gas and make it
visible.
