Caridad. Coworkers joked that he
practically ate lunch at the restaurant
daily, and Peguero did little to refute
their claim. He said convenience, the
.<ati.ifactory service, and affordable,
quality food were what made him
keep going back for more. Peguero
added that the new owners seem to
have more people .<kills and know
the business more than the previous
administration. His coworker. Hector
Ocasio, also ate at Caridadfrequently.
The new owners were off to a good
start, Ocasio said. and he can't wait
to see the finished restaurant after the
renovations are complete.
