Success Indicators

First of all, present the aim of this class with its objectives
Activating prior knowledge: As a whole class, they will listen to a song and write how many times they listen Have you
ever. Teacher plays the song 2 or 3 times for students to complete the activity.
Once finished this activity, ask them to count down the times they have listened to the phrase have you ever. This is
the opportunity to introduce the topic by asking them Have you finished? If someone answers, I will encourage
him/her to say Yes, I have. No, I havent
Keep asking students using the same pictures and asking questions such as Have you ever washed the dishes?
Danced tango? Seen the rain on a sunny day? Seen a storm? done homework on Friday night? Corrected your teacher?
Drunk cilantro juice? Encourage students to answer the questions using short answers Yes, I have. No, I havent
Write on the board the model question paying special attention to the subject YOU and I. Get feedback of the use of
HAVE/HAS as an auxiliary and the verb tenses present, past and past participle of the key verbs: wash, dance, drink,
eat,
. Student are seated face to face in two lines order to interview their classmates about the given topic using

the worksheet which contains the prompts for the questions, the space for their partners name and their answers.
Every time the teacher says Switch positions, the first student in the right column has to sit down at the end of the
line. In this way, they change partners for the interview.
Finally,
they have to
report
their and
findings.

Have you ever seen the rain?

By Creedence Clearwater Revival

Coming down on a sunny day?

Yeah!

Someone told me long ago

Theres a calm before the storm,
I know; its been coming for some time.
When its over, so they say,
Itll rain a sunny day,
I know; shining down like water.
I want to know,
Have you ever seen the rain?
I want to know,
Have you ever seen the rain
Comin down on a sunny day?
Yesterday, and days before,
Sun is cold and rain is hard,
I know; been that way for all my time.
til forever, on it goes
Through the circle, fast and slow,
I know; it cant stop, I wonder.
I want to know,
Have you ever seen the rain?
I want to know,
Have you ever seen the rain

I want to know,
Have you ever seen the rain?
I want to know,
Have you ever seen the rain
Coming down on a sunny day
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?
Alguien me dijo hace mucho tiempo
Que hay calma antes de la tormenta
Yo s, ha sido por algn tiempo
Cuando se termina, entonces ellos dicen
Que llover en un da soleado
Yo s, brillando bajo el agua
Yo quiero saber
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?
Yo quiero saber
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?

Yo quiero saber
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?
Yo quiero saber
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?
Cayendo en un da soleado?

Si!
Yo quiero saber
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?
Yo quiero saber
Has visto alguna vez la lluvia?
Cayendo en un da soleado?
