Recommend approval of the Board Secretary’s Report as of February 28, 2010 (Attachment # N - 1) RESOLVED, Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(c)3 the Board Secretary certifies that as of February 28, 2010, NO budgetary line item account has obligations and payments (contractual orders) which in the total exceed the amount appropriated by the Board of Education pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8 and 18A:22-8.1. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2-11(c)4, we certify that as of February 28, 2010, the Board Secretary's monthly financial report (appropriations section) did not reflect an over expenditure in any of the major accounts or funds, and based on the appropriation balances reflected on this report and the advice of district officials, we have no reason to doubt that the district has sufficient funds available to meet its financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year 3. Recommend approval of the Report of the Treasurer of School Monies as of February 28, 2010 (Attachment # N - 2). Board of Education Agenda, April 21, 2010 Page 4 RESOLVED, Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(c)3 the Board Secretary certifies that as of March 31, 2010, NO budgetary line item account has obligations and payments (contractual orders) which in the total exceed the amount appropriated by the Board of Education pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8 and 18A:22-8.1. The Superintendent recommends approval of the appointment of the following staff members as advisors to the Cedar Drive Middle School Spring Intramural Program for the 2009-10 school year to be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, once a week during a seven-week session at a salary of $44 per hour, with each session to run 90 minutes, at a stipend not to exceed $66 per session.
