Spirent TestCenter HLTAPI conforms to the in-line documentation format specified
in the STC_Automation_HLTAPI_Command_Reference Implementation Guide. In
addition, a PDF format manual is included in the release package. The introduction of
the new feature, Save to High Level API, is added as Appendix A in the PDF user
manual.
