Project Description:
Risk Based Monitoring is an innovative and comprehensive process that incorporates quality and risk
management principles into the design and conduct of clinical trials, enabling the detection and mitigation of
risks to patient safety and data integrity of clinical trials.
The D3 Risk Based Monitoring Release2.0 application will be a web based in-house application. The Clinical
Development Services (CDS) client project teams will be using this application to monitor risk factors and
scoring.
This involves the up-front assessment of protocol, site, and performance risks, which help create appropriate
mitigation plans that can lead to adjustments to the monitoring strategy for each site.

Project Description:
Dotcom vans are currently scheduled using a mixture of in-house dynamic scheduling system (DS),
static slot matrix and Paragon. The existing system is constrained by the static slot matrix and otherwise difficult
to maintain as it is tightly coupled with the Delivery Scheduling (DS) consumer sites such as Farmfoods Ltd,
Grocery, Non-food etc.
The objective of this project is to replace the existing DS system and Paragon systems with ORS
supported by a static slot matrix in the event ORS is unavailable. This system will enable Farmfoods Ltd to offer
slots until full capacity is reached, should increase the number of orders Farmfoods Ltd can accept by removing
the limits imposed by static slot matrix and will be easier to manage and maintain.
