1) Job Title: M&E Officer
Education: A masters degree or equivalent in International Relations, Political Science, Master in
Business administration, Economics or related field, and strong data analysis training;

Job Responsibilities

Review program documents related to assigned programs.


Work with Project/field staff to identify the key performance/evaluation questions and parameters for
M&E related to the targets/assignment.

Sound knowledge of various research activities like developing theoretical framework, reliability and
validity of data, data analysis techniques etc.

To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way

Participate in the development and review of Scope of Works for monitoring assignments, evaluations and
special studies in accordance with Various Donors M&E Policy and standards.

Develop scope document for consultants, and work with the Human Resources team to identify, interview
and select suitable short-term team members.

Assist in the development of data collection plans, data collection instruments and schedules;

Collect and collate project data.

Conduct primary data collection, including interviews, surveys, and focus groups.

Analyze the field data as required, and develop draft M&E reports in English for submission to donor.

Know how to use various software like SPSS, Excel, E-views

Work with projects Senior Management, and Evaluation, Monitoring staff to respond to donors needs
and priorities.

Write thematic briefs, learning summaries, newsletters and other brief documents to effectively
communicate projects technical work and promote learning.

Carry out other duties, as necessary and assigned.

2) Job Title: Procurement Officer


Education: A masters degree in business administration or in social sciences
Job Location: Islamabad
Experience: 0 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities

Perform buying duties when necessary.

Design and develop RFP/RFQ, solicitation of proposal


Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.

Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet
specifications.

Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

Design comparative statement depending upon the various key areas among various suppliers quotation

Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.

Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide
information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.

Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries,
and other problems.

Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather
information about products to be ordered. Train and supervise subordinates and other staff.

Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training,
grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.

3) Job Title: HR Officer


Education: BBA (Hons), MBA (HR), MPA (HR)

Facilitation of recruitment process.


Entertaining newly hired employees with primary. orientation, contract signing, document collection

Maintain and update employee files and records.

Preparation of pay-roll.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in MIS.

Entertain queries.

Organize/conduct exit interviews under the supervision of respective supervisor.

Intimate respective supervisors regarding any concerns.

Implement policies set in place throughout READ Foundation under supervision of respective
supervisors.

To work closely and support respective supervisors ensuring over all fluency of HCM department.

Ensure complete overall performance appraisals are received and presented to respective supervisor in a
timely manner.

Ensure meetings are conducted and recorded as per policy.

Coordinating and processing EOBI and TAKAFUL Insurance.

Process requisitions in a timely manner ensuring budget restraints.

Recommend on areas for improvement, training and development.

Ensure training schedules of other departments are received on time and as per schedule.

Report respective concerns to respective supervisor.

Any other related assignments as assigned by respective supervisors.

4) Job Title: Project Development officer


Education: Master Degree or equivalent in the field of business administration or social science

Job Responsibilities

Co-ordinate the development of externally funded projects, and take responsibility for the day to day
management of emerging specific sub-projects
Design and segregate the responsibilities of work assigned to various stakeholder

Communicate the task, role and responsibilities to the field staff and guide them how and who will do
what

Develop and implement project activities to achieve the required objectives

Work with funding bodies and corporate sponsors Government Offices, International as well as local
donor agencies, private businesses as appropriate

Prepare regular financial and performance target information as required, and monitor achievement
against targets

Support the Project Monitoring Officer and Accounts Administrator in preparing performance reports and
funding claims to the funding body in accordance with the terms and conditions of the application

Deal with correspondence, telephone calls and meetings with individual project managers/the
public/developers/agents and other partner organizations

Maintain records and systems for all aspects of the projects, including budget management, and ensure
compliance with relevant project terms and conditions

Provide support and guidance to other organizations, stakeholders and partners as appropriate, to ensure
compliance and achievement of targets

Arrange meetings, events and activities relating to the projects, including the project task group, and
attend meetings as appropriate

Provides administrative and technical support to ensure smooth attainment of the programs goals and
objective

Maintains liaison with government and private agencies which are proponents of projects to facilitate
consideration and implementation of proposals

implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing,

Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing.

Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability,
consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.

Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers.

Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and
boilerplate; implementing changes.

6) Job Title: Fund Raising Manager

Ensure accomplishment and management of job specifications of ODR (Outreach and Donor Relations).
Closely coordinate, updates, collaborates, communicates, reports, and seeks approval of the departmental
authority for all important matters and assignments.

Ensure team building through training and skills development.

Arrange visits, briefings, social functions for donors and field staff on need basis.

Communicate and coordinate with international and national donor agencies for soliciting funds.

Prepare project proposals, concept papers, estimates, feedback for donors; annual and periodical
performance reports for READ; prepares annual budget and annual plan, distributes task-oriented targets
to each team member and ensures productivity.

Coordinate with other departments for effective implementation of projects.

Monitor and ensures timely and well-coordinated implementation of all relief and development projects,
sponsorships and disbursements.

Supervise compilation of reports for stakeholders

Establish fundraising goals and launches fundraising drives for addressing the financial needs of the
READ Foundation.

Identify and attracts potential contributors for soliciting funds for different projects.

Plan and executes solicitations for establishing endowments

Prepare a comprehensive list of corporate donors in and outside Pakistan for funding solicitation.

Research, communicate and coordinate public and private grant agencies and donor organizations to
identify and solicit funding for educational development.

Arrange, collect or purchase mailing lists of potential donors.

Call and attend meetings and maintains the minutes of meetings.

Report respective concerns to respective supervisor.

Any other related assignments assigned by respective supervisors.
