read as follows:
(4) For circuit breakers rated 800 kV:

When the rated short-circuit current
does not exceed 63 kA, the resultant of

the forces imposed simultaneously
shall be the same as (2)(a), (b), and (c)
above except that the line pull loads in
(b) shall be 300 lb and 450 lb, respectively.
